FOOD PAIRING

This is a modern and refreshing Chardonnay from the wonderful Margaret River region of Western Australia, a region renowned for producing excellent and world-class Chardonnay. And this is certainly no exception, sourced from vineyards across the southern, cooler end of the district and bottled whilst still fresh and lively. A truly elegant wine with a solid mineral accent and backbone of citrusy acidity. The wine shows lifted aromatics and a textural palate derived from subtle oak and battonage in barrel. Drinks beautifully now but will also cellar for 5-8 years. Will naturally pair well with most seafood, but should not be overlooked alongside chicken or creamy pasta dishes.
