A full bodied white wine from a very challenging vintage throughout Australia exemplifying why Tumbarumba has become known as a premium Chardonnay producing region. Bright straw yellow with a youthful green tinge. Lifted aroma of cashew and creamy lanolin with complex battonage notes. A very spicy and full palate with a tight and balanced acid structure supported by seasoned French oak. This is an ideal wine to serve with fresh seafood, poultry or pork, but also a nice drop to enjoy on its own. Has now reached a great age, but can still cellar for another 2-3 years.
